Standard Studio Policy: All appointments will require a $50/$100 deposit (payable by credit card over the phone) at the time of the booking to secure an appointment time. The deposit will be credited towards your order or returned to you on the day of your session. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment requires 48 hours’ notice for weekday bookings and 2 weeks’ notice for weekend bookings otherwise the deposit is not refunded and you forfeit any vouchers. This covers the loss of the appointment and your photographer’s time. Weekend bookings can only reschedule to weekdays. All adult females being photographed in studio must use our hair and make up artist (one make up is included with each session, additional fee of $25 applies for additional females). If you have sensitive skin especially where makeup is involved, you must tell our makeup artist on the day of your session or any of our staff members on your initial phone contact. Urban Life Photography does not accept responsibility for any allergic reactions that occur due to makeup application. Out of studio location shoots do not include hair and makeup, but can be requested and charged at $110 per face. We are a family studio photographing all different types of groups, families, couples, females, males and kids. All family members must attend the family portrait session including both parents (if applicable) otherwise offers/vouchers are not valid. A family portrait session includes mum, dad 2 kids up to the age of 16 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire 3 hour session. Studio policy enforces that all images not ordered on the day of each photo shoot will be deleted from our servers after your viewing appointment. Digital files will contain all purchased images, high res and low res fully retouched and cropped as per your order. Please choose carefully as orders cannot be changed. Images are processed instantly and cancellations can only be made within 24 hours and incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total order. We will only accept one voucher per family/couple/individual to be used per year. Offers can only be purchased once and are only available to new clients only. Promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not transferrable. Vouchers and are not exchangeable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session. Sessions must be booked prior to expiry date, appointments are subject to availability, book early to avoid disappointment. Urban Life Photography sessions may involve moderate physical activity (to get the best pose or in the interests of the best photo session). Attending photography sessions is at your own risk. Any injuries you may sustain need to be reported to the photographer or any staff member prior to the session. Client forms with a signature (unless requested otherwise) release permission for us to use their images for marketing purposes both in studio, online (website, Facebook), at expos, shopping center stands and all other different type of media.
