Whilst Nikki’s physical transformation has been great it’s the roller coaster emotional journey we can all relate to.

Nikki will share her tips and tricks she used to “Reclaim” her life, her Confidence and her Emotional Wellbeing.

She does not say for 1 minute it’s been easy and all fun.

Nikki is REAL! What she has done whilst achieving amazing results is outstanding but what’s more important is what others can learn from her.

She will share some ideas that everyone can use in their own life, to get of the “HAMPSTER WHEEEL” of survival and start really living.

Ways to “achieve results” and most importantly – where to we begin.

ITS NOT ABOUT THE DETSINATION, BUT ABOUT THE JOURNEY ALONG THE WAY.

There has to be a starting point- Nikki will inspire you to find yours!

And share ideas about what YOU can do along the way to keep on going, when it’s hard, when you want to give up, when for a day or 2 you didn’t achieve or try.

What sets Nikki apart is the fact that she’s and every day mum, with every day struggles. She tried and failed, tried and failed and eventually succeeded in her quest to not only look different- but most importantly to FEEL different.

Come along and hear her journey- it could be the beginning of yours!

Speaker

My name is Nikki Duncan, I am 50 years old and I’m a single mother to 2 special needs teenage boys. 9 years ago I found the courage to leave my emotional abusive husband and start life out on my own with my boys. While finding the courage was one, mentally I was so scared which lead to emotional eating. At my worst the scales tipped 120kg, my mental and physical health could not take it any more and changes had to happen. It was a roller coaster journey to say the least but I’m now at least 50kgs lighter and I’m the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been.

MEET THE SPEAKERS

Renée Mayne

Why am I passionate about what I do?

It’s time women rise, it’s time we stop looking for the answers outside of ourselves and start cultivating a world within, where we are willing, worthy and saying yes to ourselves.

I have lived most of my life fighting, reacting and defending myself and I am done. No positive thinking, guru or all the hard work in the world can change your life in a sustainable way.

Do you know what can and does?

Finding pleasure in all moments and opening up a gateway to us receiving more, redefining our own version of The Hedonistic Way whereby we create our reality in the most decadent and sustainable way.
